Our hospitals are modern private hospitals: Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute and Fortis in Delhi, Fortis in Mohali. They use the same implant brands as hospitals in the US and UK: Zimmer Biomet, Stryker, Nobel Biocare. The cost is lower. The standard is not.
Your attendant is reachable every hour of every day for your entire stay. The hospitals have aftercare protocols. If you need a doctor outside hospital hours, we call one.
We have served 200+ patients, and every doctor on this site has treated our founder or his close family. Rebeka, one of them, will talk to you before you book.
We coordinate everything that is not the surgery. Airport pickup, accommodation and transport arranged, an English-speaking attendant with you for the duration of your medical stay, hospital transport, hygienic meals during recovery, daily check-ins, and your drop to the airport at the end.
Your doctor does the medicine. We do everything else.

Paid up front, and that is our only fee — a €360 scan or a €156,000 surgery, the same fee, never a commission. You book your own flights; we are still at the airport when you land. We pay for your accommodation, food and transport in India at cost, with no markup, and you settle up with us later in your own currency.
Your medical bill is separate — hospital bills over ₹30,000 are paid by you directly to the hospital, as India's FEMA guidelines require, with the invoice shown.

Not for your stay. We pay for accommodation, transport and food in rupees on the ground, and you settle up with us later in your own currency. Hospital bills over ₹30,000 are the exception — India's FEMA guidelines require you to pay the hospital directly, on the invoice exactly as issued, and we help you with it. You see every number.
Sealed bottled water everywhere — your room, your car, the hospital, the bag we hand you at arrivals. Every meal during recovery is hygienic, not too spicy, made for a stomach that has been through a procedure. If you do get sick despite all of this, we have a doctor who will see you the same day.
An attendant from the team our founder trained meets you at arrivals and stays with you. If you want to speak to our founder before you fly, he does video calls. Just ask.
Yes. India's e-Medical Visa is straightforward and done online. We also help you with it.
Yes, if your doctor signs off. We arrange it separately and quote it line by line. You always know what is medicine and what is hospitality.
