01Abhi's story
Why I built this.
I was lucky enough to be born in India.
My friends were not so lucky.
I did not build this because someone in my family could not afford care. I built this because I have travelled, I have lived, and I have listened to my friends in the United States, in Europe, in Australia — and the stories they tell are things I could not have imagined growing up.
A friend in the US, denied dental coverage because a missing tooth is not life-threatening. Another friend, told to wait two months for a fractured finger. The appointment is free — but can a person really afford to wait two months with a broken bone? Is free actually free if it costs you two months of your life?
A procedure does not need to be life-threatening to be life-changing.
A beautiful smile gives confidence back. Two working knees give a person their independence back. These are not vanity. These are not luxuries. The version of you that feels whole is worth fighting for. And the system in many countries has quietly decided these things can wait — or simply cost whatever it costs, whether you can afford it or not.
I grew up in a country with world-class surgeons who charge a fraction of what patients pay in the West. I know these doctors. I know their secretaries. I know the hospitals. What I had, my friends did not. That is the only reason I am doing this.
The four doctors on this site are the four I would send my own family to — because I already have. The team behind me I trained myself, on the same standard I learned looking after the people I love most.
Besides — you are probably already being treated by an Indian doctor in the US, in Europe, in Australia. So why not come to India, get the treatment done, and see its beauty while you are here. 😊
