Travel After You Heal
Most people who come for two weeks leave wishing they had stayed a little longer. Travel before your procedure if you want to see and walk and explore while you are at full strength. Travel after if your recovery allows a few quiet days before you fly home. We arrange it either way.
Always quoted separately. Always your choice. Just ask.
01How travel works with us
Some procedures have a long recovery. A knee replacement patient is not going to Jaipur the week after surgery. But they can go before — when they are still mobile, still able to walk the forts and the markets.
We plan travel around your specific procedure and your doctor’s advice. If it makes more sense to see India first and recover after, that is what we do. If you want a quiet few days somewhere after your procedure before flying home, we arrange that instead. Tell us what you are considering and we will tell you what is realistic.
Before or after — depending on your procedure. We plan around your doctor’s advice and your recovery timeline. Some patients explore India first at full strength, others take a few quiet days after their procedure before flying home.
Completely separate from your medical costs. We quote travel line by line — transport, accommodation, meals, entry fees — so you always know exactly what is medicine and what is hospitality. No bundling. No surprises.
Absolutely. Most patients come for their procedure and fly home. Travel is a bonus for those who want it, not an expectation. We will never pressure you into adding travel days.
Yes. If you choose to travel, we handle transport, accommodation (places we have personally inspected), an English-speaking concierge where needed, and your return to the airport. You do not need to organise anything yourself.
02Where our patients go
These are places we know, have been to, and can arrange with confidence. All indicative — your itinerary is built around your recovery timeline.
The one thing everyone wants to see. A day trip from Delhi — we drive you there, you see the Taj at sunrise, explore Agra Fort, and you are back by evening. No overnight stay required.
Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, local markets. Jaipur is colourful, walkable, and genuinely stunning. One or two nights is enough to see the highlights.
The foothills of the Himalayas. Quiet ashrams, the Ganges, yoga, and clean mountain air. A calm place to rest after a procedure if your doctor approves a short trip.
Beaches, Portuguese architecture, seafood, and a slower pace of life. Best suited for patients whose recovery allows a few relaxed days by the coast before flying home.
Houseboat through the backwaters, Ayurvedic spas, tea plantations in Munnar. Kerala is consistently rated one of the most beautiful places in Asia.
Lake Pichola, the City Palace, rooftop dinners overlooking the water. Often called the most romantic city in India. Pairs well with Jaipur for a Rajasthan loop.
A backpacker's paradise in the Himalayas. Pine forests, the Parvati river, Israeli cafes, psy-trance culture, and mountain air that hits different. For the adventurous.
High-altitude desert, monasteries, Pangong Lake, Khardung La. One of the most dramatic landscapes on earth. Best between June and September. For those who want something truly unforgettable.
The oldest living city in the world. The evening Ganga Aarti on the ghats is something you will not forget. Intense, spiritual, and unlike anywhere else on earth.
03What we handle
Private car or domestic flight. Door-to-door — from your hotel to the destination and back.
Clean, comfortable, personally inspected. We don't book places we haven't seen ourselves.
An English-speaking concierge who removes communication gaps, saves you from tourist traps and scams, and makes sure no one is charging you anything at an inflated price.
We bring you back to Delhi and get you to the airport on time. No loose ends.
Travel is always quoted separately and always optional.
Even after flights, accommodation, and a week exploring India — most patients still save between $15,000 and $40,000 compared to getting the same procedure at home.
Talk to us. We will only bring it up if your doctor says you are ready — and we will quote every rupee.
